5 Easy Ways to Host the Perfect Friendsgiving

I recently had the opportunity to participate in a fun Friendsgiving inspiration party with my friends Juli from Tangled with Taste and Whitney from Dazzling Hospitality. It was a blast and wow, these girls are incredible. Please go check out their websites! You won't regret it.

I will share a whole lot more inspiration soon, but today I'm focusing on the prep! Thus, here are five ways to host the perfect Friendsgiving!

HOW TO (3).png

1. Send out gorgeous invitations in the mail

These free, fall hand-painted watercolor graphics and letting will make your thanksgiving invitations really stand out! Also included in the link are leaves, pumpkins, acorns, and apples!

There really isn't anything like receiving a gorgeous, hand-lettered invitation arriving in the mail, is there? You can make them yourself, or, here, you can have mine by entering your information below!

I see nothing wrong with hosting a potluck event for the holiday. You can set up a Google doc with whatever you need and/or assign responsibilities so you can enjoy Friendsgiving, too!

2. Set the tone with a festive playlist

Here is what I will be playing. I love this perfectly modern and nostalgic indie holiday collection.

This is an absolute must! Not only is this apple cider a fantastic choice for adults and kids, but mulling the cider in a crockpot makes your house smell incredible in a way nothing else can. My crockpot apple cider is super easy to make ahead! Make sure you grab real, unfiltered apple juice for the best possible results! You can watch my tutorial here.

4. Print these darling coloring pages for kids (or grown-ups)

I drew these! I particularly love the lattice crust apple pies. I thought it would be nice to have something to entertain my two-year-old and her friends, but these are for anyone! You can download it in my freebie library. Have you subscribed to my mailing list yet? You totally should. You will have exclusive access to all of my printables, posing guides, and all things creative.

This cute, hand-drawn Thanksgiving coloring page is great for holiday events and parties for kids and adults!

5. Send everyone home with favors

I have seen some mighty cute favors on Pinterest and I don't have any original ideas here. I would check it out and find something you like! My favorite idea I have seen were mini pies with a wooden spoon wrapped in a flannel ribbon. I am sure you could come up with something just as autumnal and fun!
